We are committed to maintaining the highest standards to ensure the safety of our clients, guests, venues, and event teams at all times.

All of our equipment is fully PAT tested and maintained to professional standards. Where external suppliers or partners are involved, we carry out the necessary checks to ensure they are also PAT tested and hold appropriate Professional Indemnity insurance.

We hold Public Liability Insurance and carry out detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for our services, with additional documentation prepared for large-scale and complex events where required.

We are always happy to provide venues and clients with copies of our insurance documents, PAT certification, and risk assessments upon request — ensuring full transparency and peace of mind from planning through to delivery.
